About the room
It is a beautiful 2 bed/2bath “casita” so there are no shared walls with neighbors and there is a private little backyard. Crossroads are Alma School/Pecos right off the 202. You will have your own carport parking spot and bills are included in the rent price. I will upload pictures once I get the keys on 3/2. But feel free to look up Casitas San Marcos.

Hi! I have an extra private room/bathroom that I’m looking to rent out. I am 30 yrs old and I have 2 small dogs, so unfortunately no other animals will be allowed. I work from home but I am very quiet and clean, and I would expect the same respect. ☺️
