It’s a room in a shared penthouse flat. 2 bathrooms, plenty of space in the living area & a nice view of downtown Grand Rapids! Neat necessities included, on site washing and drying, gym, quiet room for testing and lounge for events or to just relax! Looking to move out of the city shortly so I’m sub leasing my crib. The lease is until Aug 1st,2025. Only thing required for move in is paystubs, and possibly background check but I know they don’t worry about it, it’s just part of the process. One is a student at GRCC, while one is a college student who plays rugby. Their friendly people don’t really see them much during the week because of schooling.
