Private room & bathroom. You’ll have full access to everything downstairs: washer & dryer, additional fridge in the garage, keyless entry & driveway or garage parking for $1,250/month (+$1,250 deposit) not including utilities. Unfortunately, pets aren’t welcome.

House is located in a peaceful, family oriented neighborhood that’s close to the mall, Costco, Target, grocery stores, Home Goods, many food places & less than a 10 minute drive to 2 major freeways.

I’m a clean individual in my late 20s. We would rotate cleaning the common areas bi-weekly & would like someone who aligns with me. I’m a business owner & sometimes work from home.
