I’m looking for two respectful, responsible female roommates to join my 3 bed / 2.5 bath house in a quiet Escondido neighborhood near Mershops North County Mall.

This is a great fit for someone who values a calm, comfortable home, clear communication, and a drama-free living situation.

WHO I’M LOOKING FOR • Female working professionals (late 20s–30s) • Responsible, pays bills on time, and handles their own business • Clean and respectful of shared spaces (we rotate cleaning downstairs shared spaces) • Communicates well  • Pet-free household

A LITTLE ABOUT ME I’ve lived here for 3 years and truly love this home. I work from home, enjoy occasionally hosting women’s Bible Study under the pergola in the backyard, and value a space that feels calm, clean, and welcoming. I’m a girl’s girl at heart: communicative, considerate, and respectful of shared spaces and boundaries.

I love a good balance: friendly chats, shared laughs, and also having space to recharge. Whether we become friends or just great roommates, my goal is a comfortable, drama-free home that feels good to come back to.
