2 story craftsman home in West Asheville, walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, bars, etc. Peaceful back yard with a stream and fire pit. 2 Bathrooms in the house that we’d share for general use but you’d have the downstairs shower to yourself.

Looking specifically for a vet tech who would trade rent for pet sitting when I travel for my manx syndrome cat requiring daily bladder expression. A person with another cat or maybe 2 would be ok, but dogs wouldn’t work well here. I’m a quiet, tidy, drug-free (occasional drinker), non-smoking, morning person; looking for a housemate who is the same.
