The property is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house. Large driveway. Fenced in portion of yard. I am a 38yr old female with a 6year old son looking to rent out a bedroom in my home. The room is $1,050 a month with all utilities included such as heat electricity and high speed internet. My house is a split level home so this room would be on the first floor of the home. Your own private bathroom is upstairs. In the house you will have access to the room you are renting, your own private bathroom with a stand-up shower, off street parking and we would share the kitchen. You would not have access to my dining or living Spaces. There is no Laundry Services You would need to go to a laundromat. I have a 9 year old dog who is like a big teddy bear he is either sleeping in my room or the living room he would never be in your space. I am down to earth easy going I’m just looking for someone responsible to pay their rent and on-time and we will have no problems! I am a 38 year old woman who works full-time my son is 6 years old he goes to school full time. I am a smoker who just recently started smoking in the house but if this is the deal breaker for you I have no problem continuing to smoke outside like I have for the last 4 years.
