spacious Private Room in a nice, quiet and safe neighborhood. walking distance to parks, gym, library, laundry and many stores. Share home with one other male whom is travels very often.
Room is furnished with brand new furniture. One person only in room and no sleepovers please.
Utilities, internet and cable are included with the monthly rent. privilege to use living and dining area and the Kitchen which is fully equipped with all pots, pans, coffee machine, frig, slow cooker, toaster and much more.
PLEASE, individual must be clean and works full time away from home with a verifiable income. Complete background check will be verified prior to move in.
About the roomies
Very quiet male whom is very clean quiet and keeps to himself. Works away from home at least five days a week.
