🏡 Cozy room in a big house located in quiet Springdale area, just a short walk from the train station and bus stop. 🚉🚌 The room features a huge closet and can be painted any color you like. 🎨 You’ll be living with 3 clean, kind, and professional young women. You’ll be sharing the bathroom with a super clean roommate 🛁 The house also has on-site laundry, a parking garage, and a basement for storage. Common areas include a porch (perfect for sitting out in the summer), foyer, living room, kitchen, and dining room. It’s a big house and this bedroom in particular is the only bedroom on the first floor, perfect for privacy. Bills like gas, electric, and Wi-Fi are split between the 4 of us (around $80-$100 total each person ), and water is paid by the landlord. Pets are not allowed. We’re super excited to welcome you! Our awesome roommates are a group of friendly and respectful ladies who can’t wait to welcome you into the house! They are respectful each other’s privacy and understand the importance of personal space. They are super friendly in common areas of the house and are open to activities together such as doing movie nights or dinner! I am the one that currently resides in the room and will be moving out come April time. If you’re looking for a supportive and respectful living environment, you’ve found it!
