Upstairs condo (one flight) street parking on weekends, driveway during the week (unless if I need to use my vehicle which is in the garage). Furnished room with Ikea Kallax floor to ceiling shelving for clothes and personal items (no fluids or aquarium animals or smoking/vaping allowed in the room), XL twin bed with Ikea foam mattress (however you may want to purchase a regular mattress). Small hanging closet. Your bathroom is located across from your room, has a standard shower, small vanity with medicine cabinet on the wall and standard toilet (do not over use tp or use flushable wipes - they don’t flush and it costs $250 for a plumber to snake the toilet). Over the door hooks for your towel to dry, shower shelf hanging from show head. Don’t worry about tp, I have no issue keeping that up for your bathroom as well as hand soap (unless you have a personal preference for both than you can take that over). Tile is throughout, except the stairs. Common areas: -Washer/Dryer next to your bathroom, I use pods and would appreciate you not using scented beads since it messes up the washing machine. I would also appreciate it if you do not use dryer sheets. I have dryer wool balls, you just need to buy whatever skin/fabric safe oils to put on the wool dryer balls.
-The kitchen, I have a small Nespresso coffee bar, standard fridge/freezer we may need to organize if you have dietary items needing space. Gas stove/oven, microwave above the oven and standard air fryer. dishwasher, sink, granite tile counters and adjustable stools for eating/drinking.
-The living room, L shaped sofa, and my 3 y/o Norwich Terrier will want to snuggle with you while you watch my Samsung smart TV. You can watch the Samsung channels, but will need your own subscription streaming apps since I only have a one use subscription for my streaming apps.
-There is also a small balcony (no vaping or smoking) that looks out at the green space and pool.
-You may use the pool but please adhere to the HOA rules as the pool access is a card and I will be alerted if non-compliance to pool HOA rules.
-Same goes for the tennis courts, if that is your proclivity. TBH the room is for people who are just needing a temporary place and don’t want to furnish anything or apply for a rental, ie: Grad students, Travel Nurses, Airman class E2-E4 who will be moving to different locations, someone working in Las Vegas for less than a year, someone remodeling their own home and doesn’t want to stay in a hotel for a month or 6 months, Airline attendants, you get the vibe.

I am the owner of the Condo. I am currently working as a consultant remote, however this may change if I find something I like outside of the current industry I work in. I have 2 small dogs but cannot accept any other animals since the HOA caps the pets at 2 per household. So you must love dogs! I walk these knuckleheads 2-4 times a day, so you are welcome to join us on a walk. I do not entertain in my home and I am usually out during daylight and a homebody at night. My dogs have kennels but are mainly their bedrooms, but have free rein of common area. Keep your bedroom door closed, my senior dog believes that room to be hers and will want to move in with you. My only vice are indica gummies so I can sleep and espresso latte’s so I can wake up. We will split utilities because Nevada is crazy with the prices, but I will pay for garbage, your tp and hand soap for the bathroom (unless you have a specific choice than that’s on you), laundry pods and wool dryer balls, dishwasher pods and dish detergent, sponges. You may use utensils, dishes, glasses, coffee mugs, cooking pots. I want to renovate eventually but yes the Condo is somewhat dated and has been through some things, lol, but it’s homey and comfy.
