Neill's room

Quiet neighborhood, parking space available in the front. 1 room for rent. There was 1 garage here and it turned into 2 rooms. The room we’re renting out is the smaller half of it. Hardwood floors. Shared kitchen. Shared bathroom with brother.

We are an asian household. I live with my spouse, and brother. My spouse and I work in Palo Alto as nurses. Most of the time out working or at home working. Occasionally go out with colleagues/friends but not very often. When home, mostly in our rooms. Parents come by the house 2 or 3 x a year.
