Currently living in a 3 bedroom home in Santee California. We need to find one new roommate, to get a private room, ideally by the beginning of the next rental period on March 1st. Will be on a month to month contract, and must be able to apply ASAP.

We have all utilities. Fridge, washer, dryer, dishwasher. Plus a large back yard. A good size kitchen. A living room and separate entertainment room.

There are 3 cats living here already. 1 roams the house freely, and 2 mainly stay inside a room. Cat is friendly with people. Does not like other dogs or cats much. 900$ per room plus utilities. Adds up to roughly $1000 per month.
