Luke's room

I have an open bedroom with detached full bathroom in a beautiful 2100 sq. ft. brick home in the Highlands / West Highlands / Sunnyside corridor. Walking distance to the Tennyson St. and 32nd St. business areas, and just a few blocks from several public parks. The kitchen was updated in 2015 and includes all appliances. Washer and dryer available for use and all common areas furnished. All utilities are included. Available bedroom is on a separate floor from my own, if this helps with privacy. Decent-sized backyard fenced backyard; street parking only, but there is always a spot out front. I am an active, friendly, and tidy 33 y.o. professor. Love to make friends, vibe to good music, play cards or other games if it’s your thing, and get out around the neighborhood. I like to ski and climb, if you’re interested in those things. I have an 8 year old boxer mix (50 lbs) who is an absolute sweetheart and would love to meet you. She’s great with dogs and humans. We’re open to other dogs in the home if well-behaved. Clean shared spaces are important to me.
