Bedroom in clean, quiet, ~1800 sq/ft house with private bathroom in nice neighborhood. Bedroom is partially furnished but I can remove bed and other items if needed. Close to trails, bike park, and Hwy 55. Large-ish yard with relaxing patio. No smoking. Hope we can chat before overnight guests appear. Rent is negotiable for help with some house or yard work.

52 y/o professional male is only other roommate. Work from home one day per week and at downtown office other days.
