Darien's room

Looking for a roommate to finish out my lease with. Female only. Listing price includes wifi & utilities Room becomes available mid March, lease ends at the end of August. I can have the room furnished for you, or not. The house is a bath duplex with a covered front porch, right across the street from beautiful Garfield Park. If you love the place, you could get on the lease & take it over without having to pay a security deposit come September. It’s a quiet, safe neighborhood but still close to all the conveniences the city provides.

I do have a well trained 4 year old female golden retriever. As well as a friendly female kitty. Both of them have done well with other animals and I’m not opposed to additional pets in the house. I’m a pretty easy going person. I keep the place tidy. I spend a lot of my free time outdoors with my dog, crafting, or trying new recipes.
