This is a quaint home near old town Niwot and the walking trails. The house had a private patio and backyard that opens to a park. It is on a very quiet side street with families and older adults. There are some younger couples, but I’m pretty much the only young professional on the street. If you’re looking for a cozy home 15 minutes from Boulder this might just be your spot!

Hello! I’m an old soul looking for the same in a roommate. I’m not into the party scene and would like to find a roommate that also enjoys the quiet niceties of Niwot (I do enjoy some occasional glasses of wine!). I have two dogs that are my children (basically). I’m a professional working in the healthcare field. Health, wellness, good communication and stable relationships are major priorities in my life. I’m also into all the normal outdoorsy Colorado stuff! I also love to cook, read, do yoga, watch Friends or a true crime doc. Stella and Lucy are my pups and they are both super snuggly. Being dog friendly is a priority for me in a roommate (this is their home 🥰).
