Apartment located on the second floor. The room comes furnished with a full-sized bed and a dresser. You will have access to a full bathroom, the kitchen/dining area, and the washer/ dryer.

I am a private person and mostly a homebody but I will always try to be understanding and open to transparent communication. The ideal candidate is respectful, easy-going, clean (let’s maintain shared/private spaces without needing reminders) and pays rent on time. Guests are discouraged (one person at a time with a notice in advanced). At best, we enjoy each other’s company, and at worst, your presence is seamless without feeling micromanaged. With the right fit we can have a peaceful living environment.1st month and last month as well as a $1000 deposit (Depending on the situation, we’re flexible with deposit arrangements).
