What you get: Own mini-master bedroom with bathroom attached, own private entrance via patio slide door if you wish to avoid me. The patio will be mostly empty so feel free to fill it with any garden/yoga/bbq fantasy you have. Use of the apartment pool/jacuzzi/gym/clubhouse facilities. A solid location in Ventura few minutes walking distance to Vons and a few minutes drive from the 101 or 126.

I’m an easy-going ambivert. I rarely have people over and keep quiet 90% of the time. I collect a bunch of instruments I never get to play. I like to cook and exercise.
