About the room
I’m looking for someone to replace my 3rd of the lease- Great 3 bedroom house on the upper east side of Albuquerque. There is a two car garage used for storage currently- lots of space for for bikes, extra belongings , tools, outdoor gear, scooter etc. Two parking spaces (driveway) and shared common areas. Huge backyard is great for a pet.
About the roomies
There is currently three tenants living in the house, mid to late 20s, all working professionals, we each have our own private rooms. We split utilities three ways- usually around $80 per person depending on the time of year. There are two bathrooms, one private master bath that’s attached to the larger bedroom and one bath that is shared by the other two rooms. One of the roommates also has a very friendly dog (heeler mix) that loves belly rubs. Before move in, an application and background check will need to be submitted and reviewed by the property manager. Once that is completed, you will be able to be added to the lease.
