Hello everyone! I am searching for one roommate to split the rent for my Durham, NC 2b 2b apartment. Move-in date and rent must be paid on May 1st. The lease has the option to renew in February 2025 so the lease would last 10 months. Here is some info about the room for rent: 1,168 sq. ft. apartment. The room includes a spacious bedroom with a bathroom attached. Shared kitchen, living room, and in-unit laundry room. Rent (including utilities: electricity, internet, water, trash pickup, renter’s insurance, etc.) may be between $850-900 a month. Prices vary depending on certain utility fees .Also, I will be starting a new Spectrum and the pricing on that may change. Pet-friendly apartment with an additional $ 20-month pet fee. I am not opposed to someone bringing a dog or cat with them if they understand they are solely responsible for their pet and responsible for the monthly pet fee. LGBTQ friendly. Non-smoking apartment. Less than 5 mins drive to I-40. About a 15-20 min drive to Downtown Durham. A 30 min drive to Downtown Raleigh and Cary. Here’s some more information about myself!

I am in my 30s and work full time and I’m in my final semester of grad school at NCCU. My life is very busy right now, and I mostly keep to myself. I am friendly and easy-going. I am looking for someone responsible and easygoing to share the apartment with.
