I’m open to find a gay-friendly roommate to share lease expenses with The room will be available around the th of march. I’m in a transitioning moment, financially speaking, and any help I can get would be greatly appreciated. I absolutely mind my own business and won’t bother you. The apartment is still in the process of being furnished in the common areas. The bedroom available doesn’t have any furnitures, nor a bed. It has a 2-door closet (not walk-in) and personal bathroom. There’s only one window in the room with blackout curtains already installed. Common areas (living room, dining room and kitchen) are shared. There’s also a small refrigerator available if you wish to keep your food separately. The whole townhouse is small and all rooms are small, but it’s situated in a very quiet area with plenty of grass. It feels like a home and not a typical apartment. The kitchen has an electric stove range, microwave and a sink with 2 drains. The laundry room sits adjacent and has washer and dryer that I own, both front load. The unit has 2½ restrooms. There’s plenty of stores and restaurants in this neighborhood at walking distance and a nice park across the street.

No dr#gs of any kind or smoking allowed. You can have people over, I don’t care, but the rules will apply to them too.

I don’t smoke, drink socially. I live a clothing-free lifestyle every now and then, so must be ok with it. I mind my own business but I also don’t mind chatting and sharing some fun outdoor activities with a possible roommate from time to time.
