Hey Everyone 👋🏻Looking for a female roommate for my extra room in my apartment at Isla Antigua.
My lease is through April 4th with the option to resign (pending me finding a Roomate this week.) But also if you’re someone needing a place from now through April 3rd while you find something else. I am open to that also.
Cost for rent is $1,100 and around another $100 for utilities.
You would have your own room, bathroom, and walk in closet. I have the room furnished currently with the basics, but can remove if you have your own stuff.
There are tons of amenities, check out their website. Some include pool, gym, and downstairs lobby area with study/work rooms and tables.
It’s just me as far as roommates. But I do have a dog who is super friendly and basically just hangs out with me. I work full time. Other than that I workout, enjoy the beach, and hang out with friends. I do not drink smoke or party.
