Lindsey's room

I am looking to rent out the bedroom of the house I am currently renting. I am replacing a previous roommate who is leaving the state. You would have shared access to the rest of the home area. I live in a gated neighborhood and you would also have access to the community’s pool and gym. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

I am a 33 year old work from home professional. I’m pretty quiet and private, I am looking for someone else who is pretty low key. I am a transgender man so if you’re not okay with LGBT it is probably not the right fit. The house is sort of wacky and colorful but I’m open to changing anything, it was the previous roommate’s style, as long as it’s easy to clean up in the end. I would need someone willing to stay until March 2025.
