Single room in a 3 bedroom house only 2 blocks from the beach. It’s only a short walk for a refreshing swim in the sea or even a dip in a nearby pool on the quiet, less populated end of Myrtle Beach. I will be your only roommate and my room is in the very back of the house, so you’ll basically have the whole front of the house to yourself. The bedroom already has a full size bed that only needs linens or you may bring your own bed. The room itself is fairly small, but there’s a decent sized closet in the room, an empty linen closet right outside the room, and a storage shed in the backyard. Also, my son is away at college with his own apartment, but still has his childhood bedroom open in case he may need to visit, so you will have your own bathroom the majority of the time. I keep a very clean home, like to cook and share meals, and have a very easy-going personality. With that being said, this is for a single occupancy only, so I do have boundaries for overnight guests. Option to pay by the week $225.

I will be your only roommate. I have a dachshund who is old, super quiet and chill, but he may have a doggy friend over from time to time. Unfortunately, I cannot have any other pets.
