4 Bed 3 BA Restored Victorian home located in St. Paul. The house is currently being remodeled, so I don’t have the most up to date photos yet! The home is in a quiet neighborhood 4 blocks from Café Latte.  Very close to Hamline Mitchell, JW Frost, CorePower Yoga, and about 10 minutes from University of St. Thomas. Full kitchen and plenty of street parking. Dishwasher and two laundry units included. We have two different options for interested renters:   1. A private basement with your own bath and laundry along with a separate entrance. (Shared kitchen and living room) - $650 + utilities 2. 1 bedroom with a shared updated bathroom upstairs (Shared with one other person) - $900 + Utilities (Internet included)

The kitchen remodel will be done in the next few weeks. Background check required, deposit is one month of rent.

I’m 24 working in recruiting (4 days in office, 1 day remotely). This fall, I’ll be attending grad school at UST for my Masters. Quick heads up – allergic to both cats and dogs, but I’ve got a cat that is more allergy friendly! (As someone who’s normally extremely allergic I’ve had minimal symptoms) She’s super sweet and social. Outside of my 9-5, I love working out, trying new restaurants and cocktails, going on walks, and cooking when I have time.  The other roommate is 22, working in recruiting 5 days a week, and can’t live with cats or dogs due to allergies. He enjoys social events, video games, and chess in his free time. Looking for a roommate who gets the balance between work and fun. We’re all about good vibes, cleanliness in shared spaces, and the potential for a friendship. If you’re the laid-back type or enjoy your solo time, that works for us too. We enjoy going out on the weekends, playing video games, and hosting fun nights with friends (game nights, wine nights, cocktail night ). We both also enjoy chill nights and staying in just as much!
