This location is 2 minutes from the #28 and #23 bus stop; these buses are free and will take you directly to many local colleges, train stations, and the downtown section of Boston. For your comfort & security, all rooms have coded security locks on doors; there are three locks before entering your room. There are cameras outside the premises as you enter for your comfort, security, and safety.

The common areas in this unit will be cleaned bi-weekly by our cleaning services at no additional cost. ALL UTILITIES ARE INCLUDED, INCLUDING FREE WIFI. Each room will have one sheet set, 1 or 2 pillows, and one comforter. The kitchen has a coffee maker, tea, pots and pans, and all stainless-steel appliances.

Room 4: The Green and Grey room has a queen bed, a 43-inch smart TV, a nice-sized closet, a nightstand, AC, additional lighting, storage chess, and a desk. The room is decorated with green and grey decor. It has an alarm clock, a mini-ironing board, a personal iron, and a garbage can. $1150.00 per month (AVAILABLE)

All rooms are equipped with everything brand new and everything you need. This includes nightstand(s), night lights, mini-ironing boards, and personal iron, smart TVs installed on the wall, electronically coded locks on doors, cozy rugs, alarm clocks, cre8tive décor with inspirational words of encouragement on the walls, towels, and washcloths, linen, comforters, and trash cans. A coin-operated washer (which also has an app to operate) and a free dryer are on site. All appliances are stainless steel, which includes a refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher; we provide plastic utensils and disposable dinnerware. The kitchen is also equipped with pots and pans, a coffee machine, coffee, and tea, and it is close to the bus and train line, the local police station, the mini-mall, and numerous restaurants. Applications are first come, first serve.
