About the room
It’s 4 bedroom 3.5 bath house. The room that is available is currently not furnished however, will come furnished once a roommate has been identified. All utilities are included in the monthly rate. We have a wonderful big backyard which is great for entertaining. The house also has a lounge area which is primarily used for gaming and watching movies.
About the roomies
Young professional that works from home in the public sector. I tend to travel a lot for work so I am usually gone 6 months out of the year. I have a small snorkey that is adorable, sweet, and loves the backyard. I keep the house very clean by employing a housekeeper on a bi-weekly basis. Some what organized and like to enjoy my Friday nights out. I am open to all people from different walks of life and hope to find a roommate that is as open and welcoming as I am.
