Hi there.

I will have a room for rent from May 1, 2024, in a beautiful and safe, quiet complex in Laguna Beach in the canyon. I love it out here as it’s quiet, even though it’s only three miles to the main beach area.

It is a 2-bedroom apartment with a washer-dryer, dishwasher, balcony, and fireplace. Great kitchen appliances. The can be partially furnished with a full-sized bed, a side table with a lamp, and a desk with a lamp if you need furniture.

The room is large, with a walk-in closet and a great private bathroom with a bathtub.

There is access to a beautiful residential center, heated pools, a gym, tennis, basketball, and volleyball courts, an art room, and a bike repair area.

Ample parking is available. The public bus stops right in front as well.

I am looking for someone who does not work at home 100%.

Cost: $1,600 / month.

I am self-employed and work in and out of home. I’ve lived in five different countries so am accommodating and flexible.
