Close to the 303 and minutes away from UTI and other upcoming locations. Close to shopping & gyms. $800 a month with a $200 cleaning deposit with $100 refundable if notice is given and the lease agreement is not broken. Rules:

1. $800 is due on the first and no later. A $50 late fee will be charged each day past the 1st up to $150. You will be evicted and lose your deposit if payment is not received by the 15th.
2. Rent must be paid via Zelle or cashier’s check/money order. If a check is NSF, you would charged a $40 NSF and late fees. No cash
3. No pets.
4. No prior felons.
5. No sex offenders.
6. Must maintain the cleanliness of the bathroom, your bedroom, and other shared general areas.
7. Be mindful of the washer and dryer. Don’t leave clothes so no one else can use them.
8. Don’t park in the street. Please use the driveway.
9. No smoking in the house, only outside.
10. No narcotic use/storage anywhere in or outside the property (NOTE: Cannabis is allowed to be smoked outside).
11. Any violation of the above rules can forfeit your deposit and cause your lease to be terminated early. Lease terms: The first month is $800 with a $200 deposit. If you wish to continue renting, you must sign a contract for 3 or 6 months at $800 a month, due no later than the first. If you wish to go month to month, it will be $900 due no later than the first. What’s on the property: Private bathroom (will only be shared by additional roommate) TBD. Washer/dryer. High-speed internet. Private fridge. Private cabinet space in a fully equipped kitchen. Propane Grill/smoker (If you wish to use the propane grill, (when the tank needs to be replaced, it is asked that you assist with the costs if you use it). Pre-furnished queen-size bed in bedroom (Refer to pictures to see what furniture is available) A personal lock and key are on the doorknob to ensure your privacy when away. The living room has a T.V. and couch. Driveway parking.

A clean, single, non-smoking, drug-free male who works a lot. Eventually, we will have one other roommate, as I have two rooms available. It should be noted: There are two dogs on site. A Husky and a Cheweiene. They are friendly and get locked up in kennels when away.
