Backyard with outdoor seating and pet chickens! Shared kitchen, living space, and two bathrooms.
Apartment is walking distance to Fordham University, Bronx Zoo, Bronx Botanical Gardens, Bronx Little Italy (Arthur Ave).
10 minute walk to Metro North (18 minutes ride to Grand Central). 20 minute walk to D train/ 4 train. 8 minute walk to BX12 bus which will take you to trains.

Roommate must show paystubs or proof of ability to pay rent, and must have 650+ credit score (this will be checked).
About the roomies
Current roommates are male. LGBTQ+ friendly a must. You will also share the space with two cats, but no more pets allowed at the apartment.
