There are 2 rooms available: a private bed with shared bath $740, and a master suite with own bath and walk in closet $1050. The den is unfurnished at this time and can be set up as an office or be used however you see fit.
The house is 1620 square foot, built in 2020, with quick access to i10. All furniture are new. Washer/dryer on site. There is also a neighborhood pool!
Bills are included (water/electric/internet/trash). Annual contract is preferred but can accommodate shorter leases for a small fee. Background check, first, and deposit required at move in. No smoking inside or pets at this time.
A young healthcare professional in mid 30’s that will only be present 50% of the time until the fall. She is quiet, respectful, and seeking the same.
