I’m a 47 yo working professional. I own the house and live here with my 4yo. dog and cat, who are both friendly. You must love pets. Additional pets will be considered.
I work from home in tech and own and run a local Pilates studio. My free time is taken up with house projects, my horses, and learning Denver. I’m pretty quiet at home.
I am looking for a relatively quiet, mature, and clean roommate who doesn’t smoke or vape tobacco (420 is ok outside). I’d love to be friends, but am totally cool with us keeping to ourselves. Mutual respect and respect for my home is huge.
