Private bedroom and full bath in single family home in quiet neighborhood, a couple of blocks off of 70 and Lowell. Less than a block from Regis University. One mile from shops in LoHi.

Bedroom is a decent size with a full closet. Off your bedroom is a common area with a TV and mini fridge. I’m down there a limited amount, but it is a common area.

I’d like to have you around for multiple months, but the lease will run month-to-month.

I’m a 45 yo working professional. I own the house and live here with my 2yo. dog and cat, who are both friendly. You must love pets. Additional pets will be considered.

I work from home three days a week and am on quite a few calls. My free time is taken up with house projects, my horses, and learning Denver. I’m pretty quiet at home.

I am looking for a relatively quiet, mature, and clean roommate who doesn’t smoke or vape tobacco (420 is ok). I’d love to be friends, but am totally cool with us keeping to ourselves. Mutual respect and respect for my home is huge.
