Unfurnished bedroom 3 bed, 2 1/2 bath I’m renting out one room in a town house near I-40 in South Valley area. You’d have to share the bathroom. The apartment is a reasonable size and two floor. First come first serve parking areas on the street. The apartments are Diamond Mesa, they have ammenities like gym , pool will open Memorial Day and it’s a gated community. There is also a washer and dryer unit inside our apartment. Would need to sign for the lease, there’s a small application fee of about 50$ and proof of income required for the office.

Looking preferably for someone to rent with us long term until the lease ends in February 2027

I’m pretty reserved and like to spend time in my room, but I’m pretty friendly and open to new people. As long as you pick up after yourself, you pay rent on time and also help keep shared areas clean, it’ll all be good and dandy. My boyfriend and I are in the master and we have one other roomie in one of the other rooms. But there’s one other room we’re wishing to fill, just message and we can arrange a tour!
