Also, a brand-new personal mini fridge with a freezer and microwave is included in the room for more comfort and privacy. The room also contains new air conditioning and natural wood floors, and it’s a lockable private space. Shared spaces of the house include a laundry facility (washer/dryer), a big backyard with patio furniture to enjoy outdoors, laid chairs under fruit trees to relax, a cozy kitchen, an upgraded bathroom, and available parking. The house has been completely renovated and is a beautiful place to be. Great location! Next to I 95, next to Oakwood Plaza, with 18 cinemas and more than 35 different restaurants and shops, 5 minutes from Downtown Hollywood, 4 minutes from TY Park, 5 minutes from FLL airport, 30 minutes from Broward College and Barry University, and 10 minutes from the beach. The bus lines near the house are 8,9,6 (and some more blocks away are lines 1, 12, and 4). The room is ideal for a student or someone who works outside most of the time. It’s a university-style, good vibes environment. The person must feel comfortable sharing common areas of the house with others and have a tolerant, uncomplicated, and easygoing personality toward the house’s other inhabitants to enjoy a harmonious environment at home. I am seeking a girl or boy. A background check and eviction report will be conducted before being accepted, and it will be asked to provide two references. The room is rented for 750 dollars a month with all utilities included and a 700-dollar security deposit to move in. The first month and deposit are required upfront before moving in.
