Room: approximately 11’ x 10.5’. These are 2 private bedrooms that share 1.5 baths (1 full bath up-stair and 1 half bath down-stair) with another bedroom. They are fully furnished with a full bed set and a workstation including an ergonomic office chair and 55-inch long sit-stand desk. The furniture can be removed if preferred. The rooms also have a spacious walk-in closets

House: Fully furnished living room, dining room and kitchen Washer/Dryer in unit on the 2nd floor High-speed 300mbps fiber AT&T internet

Lease terms: Month to month with signed lease and roommate agreement. Security deposit equal to one month’s rent ($800). Application fee $43 paid directly to the screening service. Thank you!
