There are 2 big guinea pig cages in the living room, so cats and dogs aren’t allowed, but other small critters, reptiles, or birds are okay. There’s a pool. You could pay 25 dollars extra a month for a reserved parking space. Laundry is in basement of apartment. Will be expected to help clean shared areas once a week. Everything in the kitchen is shared except for fruits and vegetables. Room will have a desk if you’d like, but can be moved otherwise. No couples. Looking for 34 and younger.
