I’m looking for a female and/or LGBTQ+ roommate to live in my 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment in North Hagerstown, located two minutes off 81 and five minutes from 70 interchange.

The available bedroom is 9x10’ with a wide window and closet. Across the hallway, this bedroom has its own full bathroom with a bathtub, shower, and plenty of extra closet space. This apartment has a spacious common area (17x15’) and since this roommate has the smaller room, they also get to set up an office or personal area in a portion of the shared living space or dining room ( 11’x10’) - their choice 😊.

Rent is $488 plus utilities (electric, water/sewer, and wifi). The lease goes until January 31, 2025. Parking is free and there is plenty of it in the lot next to the building. This apartment is on the third floor, and there are no elevators - so keep this in mind. There’s also a nice walking trail and neighborhood nearby.
