Private primary bedroom with attached bathroom and large closet. You’re welcome to change the paint color in there as well. 🎉 Pretty much everything pictured in the common areas will be staying (except for a couple smaller photos and little décor items). Of course, this will also be your home too so, if you have things you’d want in the common areas that’s great too, but not essential either. 🏡 As a side note-I would love a cozier couch, so if you already have one, I’d be happy to talk more about it later (just wanted to throw it out there, in case you were going to sell/get rid of it lol) Dishwasher 🍽️ There is a laundry room on each floor. This unit is close enough, it’s not that annoying but not right against it causing constant noise. Also, it runs through an app, so no quarters needed. 👚 Gated building with security camera’s that are monitored. I’m going on my 3rd year here and never had security issues.🚪 Outdoor patio 🌞 Central AC ❄️ Parking is no extra charge. It is tandem but there’s extra spaces around too. 🚗 The building is kept up nicely and only 3 floors, so no long elevator waits, or mazes to go through etc. 🛡️

Haiii! I’m Ashley! 🤗 I’m 32 and have been in LA coming up on 11 years, so I’ve been through all the ups and downs and all arounds here haha but I still love it. I’m honestly a pretty low-key person. Although, this post is long and when you initially message me-it may seem like I’m the type to constantly talk your ear off but I’m not. 😂 A bit about me so you can get a sense if we’d get along before messaging…

I work from home and usually decompress after, watch a show, catch up with friends, watch TikTok’s, etc. With my current roommate, if we both have the social battery left, we’ll have some wine, catch up, have dinner. I tend to be balanced in needing introvert time and down to hang too-so I’m not offended by others needing alone time or having friends over.

I love beauty and skincare, music, sports (football, basketball and UFC), pop-culture and animals. I’m past my party phase, if I go out, I typically stay at my friends’ places. Occasionally, I’ll have a friend over but always communicate beforehand and make sure we’re not loud late etc. I’m also usually gone on the weekends-so that’s a bonus for you! I have a 9-year-old Yorkie who is here half the week (the white dog in pics is my current roommates). He’s house trained and the sweetest little guy, and in his old age he only really likes to play with balls, so the place won’t be ruled with dog toys lol

I’m very mindful of others and appreciate open and honest communication. I think it’s important in all areas of life but especially with roommates to be able to just say things if you need to and it doesn’t cause a weird energy shift (IYKYK what I mean hah)

I just like to keep good vibes, not nit-picky or passive aggressive, and hope this leads to someone who wants the same. P.S. if you also WFH all 5 days-we probably won’t be a good fit.
