Hey, I am looking for a roommate. Must be clean and courteous, animal friendly. It will be the $800 for rent and half of utilities each month. Month-to-month and helpful.

The private room I am offering for rent in my house has several wonderful features that make it a great living space:

Privacy and Safety: There is a lock on the inside of your bedroom, feel free to change it. After a long day of we all want to relax in peace. I hope we can keep it clean, considerate and respectful.
Spaciousness: The room is large enough to accommodate a queen bed and additional furniture, small closet with upper shelf/rack. There is also room for storage (away from the pets) so don’t feel too cramped
Shared amenities: BATHROOM, Storage, Kitchen, Washer and Drier, Dishwasher, Front and Back enclosed porch w/large backyard, internet.
Parking convenience: There is a shared DRIVEWAY. Willing to discuss sharing the garage IF both cars fit
Flexibility: Furnished or Unfurnished. Month-to-month Payments so don’t feel like you are tied to a contract. I would however like a MONTH or more advance notice before you move out. If it doesn’t work out you’ll be given the same deal.
Location: The home is conveniently located 8 minutes away from Colorado Springs Airport by car. It is also located near King Soopers, Starbucks, Panda Express by Hancock and Academy. Close to multiple bus stops.

Overall, the private room in my house offers a blend of comfort, convenience, and flexibility.
