Krystal's room

Quiet neighborhood in the northwest side of town. Room is private with a large bathroom that is shared with just one other person. House has a pool and spa that is welcomed to be used. Renter has access to all common areas and utilities are included. 15 minutes to CSUB or BC, close to the 99, and easy access to the westside parkway.

We are a busy family with two working adults, one teen who attends college locally, and a high schooler who is busy with school and club sports. We have two very friendly dogs (beagle and weenie dog), but can’t allow more pets since the beagle is quite territorial of his home with new dogs. Our neighbors are quiet and friendly as we expect our roommate to be as well. We like having friends over for bbq’s about once per month, but otherwise are very busy with our jobs and travel club sports. We would prefer a college student or working professional as a roommate.
