Room is 10’ x 10’ with a south east facing window, so it is well lit from morning to evening. Easily dimmed with black out curtains. It comes unfurnished but can include 1 of 2 different style standing lamps and a small bookshelf, available upon request. Limited storage space in the hallway closet and garage.

Rent is due the 1st of every month. There is also a utility split of 33%, that is due as the bills come in and are posted. Utilities include gas, electricity, water/sewage, trash, internet, and water conditioning.

Security deposit of $1,000 due at move in. This is not a short term rental, looking for a minimum of 6 months.

Shared space is completely furnished. Shared spaces include 1 bathroom, living room, dining rooms, kitchen, backyard, and 2 car garage. Central heating, no a/c.

The house is on a corner lot, across the street from a park. Parking never seems to be an issue. It is a quiet neighborhood.
