Subdivison has a lot of amenities; gym, resort style pool, dog park, soccer field, walking trail, fishing pier, playground, etc. 3.5 miles south from turnpike. 3.5 miles north from Highway 50. Great area with friendly neighbors and have a lot of events such as food trucks, ice cream trucks, outdoormovie nights, etc.

I will not be living there. In process of having other roomies move in too. 4 bed and 3 baths with a large living room and large kitchen.
