hey guys! i’m looking for a roommate to move into my apartment in venice starting may 1st! it’s 2 bedrooms with 1.5 baths - you would be moving into the master that has its own bathroom attached. the rent is about ~$1,500 with parking available.

a little about me - i’m 23 years old from chicago but moved here about 1.5 years ago! i work at a music distribution company and am also a singer/songwriter! i love running, hiking, and going to the beach as well as going to concerts, out for dinners and going out on the weekends! i’m pretty social but also enjoy cooking at home and nights in! i’m looking for a roommate who has shared interests, is cleanly and respects each other’s spaces. i play guitar/piano and sing, so would also need someone who is okay with me practicing music! would love to be friends with my roommate, but want to make sure we have a good living space first and foremost! feel free to message me here or on instagram rachellilymusic !!
