I am renting one bedroom on my property. I would like a responsible adult who can keep the house clean and will pay the rent on time every month. A dog may be considered depending on the breed. Backyard with deck, parking available, close to Woodbury shopping mall. Please no time wasters.

I live here with my girlfriend. We do not stay on the property a lot of the time. We run our business from the property also so we need a caring and responsible adult to take the room only. No parties are allowed on the property. Any damages done to the property will result in the loss of security deposit.
