I’m renting the lower portion of an old house that is divided into three units. The apartment is ~800 sq ft with 2 bedrooms and 1 shared bathroom. Coin laundry, street parking (zone A permit), W/S/G included. Cable internet, gas water heater, resistive electrical heat bills: $35 to $115/month depending on how warm you like it during the winter. Small outdoor space (garden + small alcove). Month-to-month. ~2.5 blocks from Blue/Red Max stop, 10 min walk to PSU.
I prefer to do a virtual tour and chat before in-person stuff.
Late-thirties field service engineer for semiconductor equipment (M-F, day shift). Also plays cello, learning violin, crafty type. Generally keep to myself, but would like to split rent. Mostly neat and clean but there is a giant flouf (ie, dog hair…).
Not one for big televisions, loud parties, or lots of alcohol or smoking. Have lived in a yurt out in the woods, might get back to that eventually.
