Private entrance, street parking, no smoking or late night parting, no animals, partially furnished, bedroom w/bed, own bathroom (standup shower, toilet, sink), living room (couch, end table, kitchen (sink, cabinets,) no appliances included, no garage it is for our personal use.

Bills included unless we notice a major usages of utilities.

Must be able to pay rent on time.

Private street Super close to the lake. 10 minutes to ski slopes. Quiet area with a lot of walkers.

It’s myself and my elder mom and dog. Quiet, keeps things neat, friendly. Mother retired and home allday.
