There are actually 2 different apartments I’m looking at to team up with someone to lease together. I would pay extra to have the master bedroom, but we would share the common spaces equally. **1st: Camden World Gateway (Rutledge floor plan) **2nd: Sabal Palm at Lake Buena (The Destiny floorplan) -this plan is really cool because you can have access to your personal balcony from your room. I plan to turn the extra bedroom into a library with a day bed. However, if you’re interested in teaming up but with a different apartment, just let me know.
I am a laid back roommate. I would like to keep our common space tidy, but not expecting it to be spotlessly clean. I have an orange tabby, Jasper, that will be living with me.
