• If there is a maintenance issue, the worker usually comes in 1-3 days.
• Couch, dining table with 4 chairs, living room table, and carpet included. There is a small garden with a grill and places to sit and eat within the complex.
• The location is great, between Alamo Square Park and Divisadero. The unit is located in the back of the building at the top floor facing south so it gets a lot of sunlight and is quiet. There are a lot of restaurants and cute stores on Divisadero. There are three small corner grocery stores within a 1-2 min walk. The neighborhood is safe even during the night.

We are looking for tenants for the whole unit. The two big room can fit 2 people so this unit is great for group of 4-6 people.
