No application fee, security deposit waived if you save me the trouble of cleaning the room from the last roommate. $495 per month, plus equal share of utilities.
Room has a dormer nook shelf, built-in bookshelves, built-in dresser drawers, and TONS of storage space.
Not suitable for couples, no pets (we already have one cat), no smoking inside.
Large furnished kitchen, large pantry space. Fireplace in the living room. Laundry facilities in basement. Off-street parking Huge backyard (½ acre) with plenty of space for gardening, raising chickens, etc. Detached workshed/garage. Fire pit.
