Pacific Beach house has a small backyard with fruit trees and a front yard where we can grow veggies. The back has a covered patio and the front has a smaller covered patio.

It’s close to three bus lines, the San Diego Trolley, Rose Creek and Mission Bay at the east end of Pacific Beach with easy access to Interstate-5.

New bamboo flooring in 2022. Double-pane windows. Big kitchen/dining area. Two off-street parking places with tandem parking. Front and back patios.

The available bedroom is 11’x13’, has a large mirrored closet and two windows.

No tobacco smoking or vaping on the property. No Marijuana smoking or vaping indoors.

I am in my early 60s and work from home in the technology industry. I am a published novelist, community activist, and Estonian language learner. I am quiet but on occasion I do have friends who visit from time to time and will be sleeping on a futon in the living room. I am a vegetarian and would prefer the same or a vegan roommate, but am open to carnivores if we can agree on ground rules in terms of kitchen equipment usage. I have been living abroad and moved back into this house recently. I love to ride my bike, swim, practice yoga, and be active.

I am seeking a roommate who believes in living lightly on the planet, is considerate, and is active. I believe we can share the responsibility of keeping common areas clean.
