You will share the ground floor living room with fireplace and picture window to large backyard (sorry no pets please - my lab-mix rescue needs to be the only pet). I’m a Native Floridian in my mid-30s. As a civil engineer who travels a lot and also works from home, I occupy the top floor where my home office and master suite are located.
